In this relaxing class, you will harness the power of your breath to release tension in the body, calm the nervous system, open up the rib cage, and improve your posture. We will teach you the self myofascial release (SMR) and breathing needed to break you out of perpetual fight or flight mode and back in control of your mind and body.

This is a whole body self massage class that uses the combination of binaural beats and SMR to melt away stress, anxiety and deep knots in muscles. Prepare to feel totally loosened up and relaxed after this course.

 

02 + Move

This class is designed to improve your baseline endurance, allowing you to perform harder activities for longer periods of time. The class will start by reviewing breathing drills, and using various breathing equipment and techniques during the entire class.

 

B.A.S.I.C.

B.A.S.I.C., or baseline, awareness, structure, integrity, and control, is designed to build a baseline awareness of posture, basic movement, and technique. This class is perfect for people transitioning from our SMR classes and are ready to start moving and for current members to refresh and improve foundational movements.

 

WIM + MOVE

This is the fasted paced class at the studio, and is not recommended for beginners and new members. Must have previous knowledge of WHM breathing in order to be successful in this class. This class will focus on agility and speed with minimal rest.


 

Load + Flow

This class is designed to challenge your muscular strength, combining functional movements varying lengths of time under tension. Here you will develop the ability to fully contract parts of your body that you haven’t thought about before.

 

COLD MEDICINE

This class is designed to help you develop a practice of regular breath work and cold exposure. By doing this weekly, you will start to see a cascade of health benefits - increased energy, decreased stress, improved sleep and mental clarity
