This class will focus in on one of the tightest muscles in the body, the Psoas. 

The psoas muscle is located deep in your stomach and connects the upper and lower halves of the body. It is the biggest hip flexor in the body and can cause a number of issues ranging from lower back pain, knee pain and many other symptoms. 

Along with the physical symptoms, stress can keep the psoas short. If someone is under stress for prolonged periods of time or has suffered a traumatic situation the Psoas can seize up and be short/stuck for years.  

This class will focus in on the Psoas, and more importantly releasing it using tools via self massage and breathing methods.

The theracane is a wonderful tool for SMR (Self myofascial release) This one tool can be used for virtually any part of the body that is experiencing tightness. This class will be dedicated to teaching our clients how to use this tool to dig out their own knots and tightness. We will be breaking the dependency on practitioners by learning about our bodies and where you hold tightness, and what to do about it. Although the name of the class is Theracane, we will use other tools in this class along with breathing to get the results.

In this relaxing class, you will harness the power of your breath to release tension in the body, calm the nervous system, open up the rib cage, and improve your posture. We will teach you self myofascial release (SMR) and breathing needed to break you out of perpetual fight or flight mode and back in control of your mind and body.

Conscious breathing holds a treasure trove of benefits, and the specialized breathing technique of the Wim Hof Method unearths: more energy, reduced stress levels, and an augmented immune response that swiftly deals with the symptoms from pathogens.

This class will help you improve upon and deepen your Wim Hof Method breathing understanding and introduce you to the technique. We will go over movements to improve breathing depth and efficiency before every class so that we can get the most out of each breathing session.
